LoadMiles is not a broker, freight forwarder, or carrier. We are a technology provider facilitating communication and transactions between carriers, shippers, and other authorized users.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use LoadMiles. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
4. User Accounts
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– You agree not to share your account or impersonate another person or business.
– LoadMiles reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on the LoadMiles platform remain the property of LoadMiles. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
LoadMiles provides its services “as-is” and makes no warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
– Errors or delays caused by carriers, shippers, or third parties.
– Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoadMiles, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
11. Termination
LoadMiles may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
